Andreas Cove Yacht Club at Owl Harbor Marina was founded in 1975 by a small group of enthusiastic sailors. We consider our club to be one of the California Delta’s best-kept secrets. Membership is affordable and the club is just a short, scenic drive from Sacramento, Stockton, Davis, and the East Bay. Joining the ACYC can be a great way to try out boating — we offer something for everyone from landlubbers to the most competitive racer.

Andreas Cove Yacht Club organized in 1975 as a California “Unincorporated Association” and in 1984 we incorporated under State of California Corporation Law (Title I, Division 2, Part 3) as a State of California private non-profit mutual-benefit corporation, are exempt from taxation under Revenue and Taxation Code (R&TC) Section 23701g, and are registered with the Secretary of State.

Under Federal law we come under IRS Section 501(c)(7) as a private non-profit “social club”.

In compliance with Federal and State law and with approval of the ACYC Board of Directors, we offer the following organizational documents via our web server for those who may need or wish to access this information regarding our club.
