Business name : Beer Sailing Club

Situated in East Devon on the beautiful Jurassic Coastline, Beer Sailing Club enjoys one of the finest locations for dinghy racing in the South West.

Sheltering behind Beer Head in the picturesque fishing village of Beer, the club provides dinghy sailing for all levels of experience. We have also hosted world class competitive dinghy racing such as the International 14 World Championships in the year 2000 and the RS800 class often head to Beer for their annual events. Our unique geographical location regularly benefits from sea breezes and blue waves. With the impressive Jurassic cliffs as a backdrop it makes for a truly wonderful location.

Along with great sailing, the club has an excellent social programme. Events are scheduled throughout the year and include BBQ’s, sail-a-ways, and informal suppers. The club has a warm, friendly atmosphere. Visitors are made to feel very welcome.

The new clubhouse, finished in 2011, perched high on the cliff with panoramic views of the bay and the sailing, is fully equipped with changing facilities and kitchen. Hot showers and a bar provide a welcoming place to relax after a day on the water
