The West Kelowna Yacht Club has great facilities for up to 149 people for meetings, weddings, birthday parties and more. The Club was largely renovated in 2014 with new floors, ceilings, walls, lighting and bar furniture. The Bar was redesigned and now has two serving locations. The Club is used for regular meetings of the West Kelowna Rotary Association, The Kinsmen Club of Westbank, and Okanagan Business Excellence.

The club has ample vehicle parking during evenings, however, on weekends in the summer (essentially during late July and early August) parking is challenging.
